I really appreciated the entertainment at this hotel. The staff are very friendly and cute (especially Mark). He was funny, and the entertainment had great variety. The food selection provided many options.
I found the walls to be quite thin. I could hear music and conversations from neighboring rooms. This sometimes made it difficult to sleep.

The hotel is conveniently located near shops and a water taxi. This made it easy to explore the surrounding area. Several dining options are also nearby, and the bus stops are close for further travel.

The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Youssef specifically, always asking if we needed assistance. The reception staff was also great (helpful with directions!).

The staff was very kind and helpful, especially Eva and Adrian! The food was very nice and had a good variety for all meals! The pool area was always clean, and the pool bar was very useful. I enjoyed the entertainment every day and night. The team did a FANTASTIC job!!!
The walls were a little thin, so I heard some noise from neighboring rooms.

Eva Sanchez was cute. The rooms were very clean. I loved the amazing view. The nightly entertainment created a great atmosphere. I really enjoyed the singer's performance. It is a very friendly place. The drinks are also great. Service is superb and staff always greet you warmly. It is close to nearby amenities. Spending time by the pool is very relaxing.
The bar closes a bit too early for my liking. I wished it stayed open slightly later to extend the evening fun.

Two large pools and a separate children's pool are available to guests. Finding a sunbed was easy because there was lots of space. A hut located next to the pool allows guests to order food for lunch. The pool bar was really efficient and the staff were excellent. I rarely waited in line.

The hotel location is convenient. It is close to the beach and various shops. You can reach the main attractions within a short taxi ride. This makes exploring the area very easy. Taxis are readily available from the hotel, very helpful.

The all-inclusive package offers good value with a tasty selection of food and drinks. The restaurant staff are very efficient and friendly. There is a varied selection of dishes available. Getting a table was never a problem. The pool bar offers convenient snacks and drinks throughout the day.

Staff members are consistently kind and easy to interact with. They provide good options for various activities to keep guests entertained. They are always willing to help with any requests. I found the service to be attentive and efficient. The entertainment team is also full of energy.
