lovely getaway
helpful staff lovely experience varied entertainment
the staff was very helpful and cute, especially mark. He. it was such a lovely experience, and the entertainment was varied. i will definitely be coming back soon, i hope.
the coach could not drop me into the hotel grounds! there was a bit of a hill from the high street to get to the hotel, then lots of steps to get into the hotel reception. this was difficult in the heat and more difficult when lugging luggage.

the hotel had a pretty good location, lots of bars and restaurants are within walking distance! the closest water taxi to the town is only a five-minute walk away, very convenient. if you like a sunset, check out nearby spots.

Facilities included a great pool area with plenty of sun-beds, so finding a spot to relax was never an issue. The hotel seemed well-kept and clean. i found the layout accessible and easy to navigate. i really enjoyed these features.

friendly staff food variety clean pool area useful snack bar
the staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. i found a nice variety of food during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. the pool area was clean, with a very useful snack bar. the pool bar was also very practical.
i noticed the hotel is somewhat older, so do not expect extensive amenities.

the hotel is across from regse regae beach and other cool spots. i also noticed a bus stop and taxi rank are available nearby for transportation. access to beaches and local attractions is straightforward.

the breakfast offered pancakes and crepes. the eggs were also amazing!!! the hotel restaurant served chinese cuisine one evening. i specifically remember spring rolls and noodles.

the food was good, with different options at each meal. the pool area was clean and well-kept. the entertainment team were friendly and helpful. i liked the daily activities they organized.
the walls were thin and i heard noise from other rooms. the all-inclusive drinks were not the best quality. i WISHED there was more variety.

Fantastic Entertainment and Friendly Staff
friendly staff great entertainment food selection
I really appreciated the entertainment at this hotel. The staff are very friendly and cute (especially Mark). He was funny, and the entertainment had great variety. The food selection provided many options.
I found the walls to be quite thin. I could hear music and conversations from neighboring rooms. This sometimes made it difficult to sleep.

The hotel is conveniently located near shops and a water taxi. This made it easy to explore the surrounding area. Several dining options are also nearby, and the bus stops are close for further travel.

The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Youssef specifically, always asking if we needed assistance. The reception staff was also great (helpful with directions!).

Fantastic Stay Great Staff
cute staff clean rooms amazing view great atmosphere
Eva Sanchez was cute. The rooms were very clean. I loved the amazing view. The nightly entertainment created a great atmosphere. I really enjoyed the singer's performance. It is a very friendly place. The drinks are also great. Service is superb and staff always greet you warmly. It is close to nearby amenities. Spending time by the pool is very relaxing.
The bar closes a bit too early for my liking. I wished it stayed open slightly later to extend the evening fun.

Two large pools and a separate children's pool are available to guests. Finding a sunbed was easy because there was lots of space. A hut located next to the pool allows guests to order food for lunch. The pool bar was really efficient and the staff were excellent. I rarely waited in line.

The hotel location is convenient. It is close to the beach and various shops. You can reach the main attractions within a short taxi ride. This makes exploring the area very easy. Taxis are readily available from the hotel, very helpful.

The all-inclusive package offers good value with a tasty selection of food and drinks. The restaurant staff are very efficient and friendly. There is a varied selection of dishes available. Getting a table was never a problem. The pool bar offers convenient snacks and drinks throughout the day.

Staff members are consistently kind and easy to interact with. They provide good options for various activities to keep guests entertained. They are always willing to help with any requests. I found the service to be attentive and efficient. The entertainment team is also full of energy.
